1933 Elgin BW Raymond 21J 16S Railroad Pocket Watch Mare Island Navy Yard Award

Stunning 1933 Elgin 10K yellow gold filled BW Raymond railroad pocket watch in excellent original condition. Completely unique example with engraving on the case back commemorating service at San Francisco Bay's Mare Island Navy Yard in 1938. The 10K gold filled case shows normal signs of use, excellent condition overall. Engraving still nice and crisp. Original white porcelain dial with black Arabic numbers and blue steel hands. Excellent crystal and crown. Inside, the 16 size 21 jewel hand winding movement is running strong and keeping excellent time although its service history is unknown.  Case measures 50mm wide.
